Planning Achieved: Stretford town centre

We are very proud to be part of the consultant team that is redesigning Stretford town centre.

Detailed planning permission was recently granted for the first phase of the wider masterplan, giving the green light to the partial demolition of Stretford Mall to create a new high street, town square and vibrant market hall. This phase of works also includes revamping the Multi Storey Car Park and improvements to the interface with Chester Road and Kingsway.  

ExA are also part of the team developing proposals to transform Kingsway from a busy dual carriageway into a single lane route with enhanced public realm, segregated cycle routes and rain gardens.
