Landscape design that fosters community spirit.

Within the overall Nine Elms Station development, Exa is working on a number of new public and communal landscape spaces, including a new plaza space at the heart of the development.  In addition, there are a variety of podium and roof terrace spaces which will provide amenity space for residents and visitors alike. The aim is to create a series of external communal spaces that are durable, versatile and curatable in nature that can be adapted over time as demands on its use change.  Key to the design is to create a landscape that is both suited for individuals or for group use allowing a community spirit to be fostered.
