Cheval Blanc Kaplankaya is an exciting resort development for luxury goods company, LVMH, situated on Turkey’s Mediterranean west coast. Consisting of 46 elite hotel residences, 10 exclusive private residences, a spa, beach and two restaurants, the site has an advantageous yet challenging topography, with an incline of over 100 metres.
Our vision was to create a landscape that utilises high quality design to overcome site challenges, producing spaces that embody the luxury ethos of LVMH properties. By protecting as many native tree and plant species as possible, respecting the natural surrounding landscape, using these unique and interesting horticultural properties to ensure residents are immersed in nature.
