Creating a unique character for the site that
results in a unified sense of place.
Kampus
Manchester
We are working on a new urban quarter within Manchester city centre located close to Piccadilly Train Station. The development includes the creation of approximately 350 PRS units along a series of new commercial units located at ground and first floor level.
A new ‘urban garden’ at the centre of the scheme aims to create a green external environment in which the buildings sit, resulting in a unified sense of place across the development. A series of roof gardens, as well as a resident's carpark will produce a space ideal for congregation and socialisation. We are responsible for all public realm included within the Aytoun Street Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF.)
