Engendering and enhancing a connection with nature through distinctive landscape spaces.

Senator House

City of London

Drawing inspiration from  the  history of Cleary Gardens and its connection with  nature,  the design concept was built  on  the  relationships  that  the  public have historically had with  the  site, as well as  the  journeys  that  they make and  the  spaces  that  they discover.

Comprised of  two separate existing public realm spaces,  the  scheme features a large area of biodiverse green roof, as well as a new accessible  terrace space  that  provides panoramic views of  the  city and St  Pauls Cathedral.  This allows visitors  to experience several green social  areas and  provide a strong framework of space in which  to enhance biodiversity and habitat creation.
